HISTORY
Victory Chapel International started as a prayer and Deliverance fellowship in the early March, 1994 at the Botanical Gardens of the University of Ghana- Legon, Ghana. This fellowship grew so fast as the hand of God was at work with unquestionable signs and wonders at every meeting. This attracted people within and outside Accra and this led many to Christ.
These people were very instrumental and supportive in the birth of this ministry. They are the late Enose Degboevi, who was called to glory even before we started Sunday morning services. The other was Mrs. Anne Tetteh, who opened the gates to her house, where the church was birthed at Kaneshie – Accra. She also passed on just few months after the start of the church. The first Sunday morning church service was held on the 5th January, 1995, with five (5) adults and seven (7) children. Victory Chapel International like most great organizations started in a small way

BREAKS AWAY AND CHALLENGES
Joshua J. Marine once said, “CHALLENGES ARE WHAT MAKES LIFE INTERESTING, AND OVERCOMING THEM IS WHAT MAKES LIFE MEANINGFUL”. Victory Chapel International also had her fair share of challenges and break away from the early 1999, four years down the line.
Seven (7) churches out of the fourteen (14) branches we had by the early 1999, leaving seven (7) churches behind. Among the Six (6) churches adopted from the salvation Gospel Church, only the Kpando – Fesi branch that did not go with them uptill date.
“Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done.”

VICTORY CHAPEL INTERNATIONAL BIBLE INSTITUTE (V. C. I.B.I)
To reach the unfinished task, and to accomplished the great mandate, the Presiding Bishop knew first of all:
- You need to win souls,
- Disciple them,
- Give them mission and Pastoral Training before sending out to the unreached people groups both home and Regions beyond, and these was what led to the birth of Victory Chapel International Bible Institute. This Bible Institute aimed at training its Pastors and missionaries, ended up as training centre. Pastors and Church Leaders for other churches and Christian organizations. The school that started initially with rented dormitories, no tables and chairs, can now boast of its own dormitories for both male and female students, tables and chairs and mattress.
VICTORY CHAPEL INTERNATIONAL CAMP GROUNDS
As the ministry grows with branches, and membership, the Presiding Bishop in Consultation with his national Executive Council members looking into the future of the ministry thought to acquire a plot of land around Juapong which will be developed as her own: Convention, camp ground to take of :
- Convention and camp ground
- Prayer Camp
- Bible College and dormitories for its Students
- A big conference Hall
- Administrative Block
- Dormitories for all Convention Participants
By the Grace of God, in 2015 the Ministry acquired a five (5) acre plot of land, of which two (2) acres was freely donated by the elders and their Chief of Kloma Togbui Kponor Korsi located opposite the Juapong Juapong Government Clinic in the Dorfor Traditional Area in the North Tongu Constituency in the Volta Region.
Later on in 2018, Torgbui, And his elders from Gbokofe also willingly donated a ten (10) acre plot of land to the ministry for both Religions and Christian Educational purposes of which we are most grateful.
Looking into the future, we aimed at strengthening ourselves to reach the unreached, so that they can also come to the saving Knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. We also aim at developing our camp ground, we therefore employ all hands on deck with our prayers and resources for this great work.
He that has called us is faithful that will complete it.
